HCI is contracted with ORS to conduct nursing home pre/post screening for person under sixty (60) years of age. The individual can reside in the community or in a nursing facility. The States mandates that all persons entering a nursing facility be screened by a certified Care Coordinator from either a CCU or other participating organization.
